Sponsorships Available

  • Sponsorships are available for individuals or corporations interested in reaching over 150 parents in our community.
  • Sponsors are acknowledged through signage, website recognition, social media blasts, and auction recognition.  
  • Sponsors are highlighted throughout the fundraising period in the entire month of November.  
  • Various sponsorship opportunities are available as listed below.

 

Exclusive Sponsorship $2500 (1 available)

The exclusive sponsor will receive 8 tickets with a reserved table. Additionally, sponsor’s logo/name will appear on all event signage and marketing, including interior signage, event website, social media, flyers, emails, and live recognition during event. The exclusive sponsorship includes complimentary specialty drinks for each guest with signage at the event entrance as well as signage sponsoring the Moroccan lounge seating area.

 

Premiere Sponsorship $1500 (1 available)

The premiere sponsors receive 4 tickets with a reserved table.  Additionally, the sponsors’ logo/name will appear on all event signage and marketing, including interior signage, event website, social media, flyers, emails, and live recognition during event.  The premiere sponsors will also have naming rights to a specialty drink served throughout the night at the live event.

 

Sponsorship $500 (unlimited)

Sponsors receive 2 tickets.  Additionally, sponsors' logo/name will appear on all event signage and marketing, including social media, event website, flyers, and emails.  Sponsors will have the choice to sponsor a bar (either in auction room or party room) or the silent auction at the event.

  • Montemalaga Elementary’s Parent Social is the largest fundraiser of the year and features an online, live and silent auction. 
  • This event is instrumental in funding much-needed school programming including classroom tools, academic enrichment, cultural arts, teacher support, and events hosted throughout the year. 
  • Money raised at the auction goes directly to supporting our school, classrooms, children, and families.
